We are committed to providing a clear and reliable shipping process for our customers in the United States.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after you receive your order confirmation email.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays in the United States.

Order cut-off time: Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a second email with your shipping confirmation and tracking details.

2. Shipping Costs & Delivery Times

Standard Shipping: United States

Shipping cost: Free

Delivery time: 5–10 business days after dispatch

Estimated total delivery time: 6–13 business days from the order date

Please note that delivery times are estimates only. Delays may occur due to shipping carriers, weather conditions, high order volume, or other factors outside our control.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

4. Incorrect Address & Returned Packages

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or because it was not collected or accepted, we will contact you to arrange redelivery.

If the issue was not caused by us, additional shipping charges may apply.

5. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

If your order is significantly delayed, lost in transit, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date or within 7 days of receiving the package.

We will work with the shipping carrier to review the issue and help find a suitable resolution as quickly as possible.
