What is the Vitark V6?
The Vitark V6 is a screenless smart ring made from aerospace-grade titanium. It continuously tracks your heart rate, blood oxygen (SpO₂), sleep stages, and daily activity — all without a screen. Data syncs wirelessly to the Vitark companion app on iOS or Android via Bluetooth 5.0.
What sensors does the Vitark V6 have?
The Vitark V6 includes an optical heart rate sensor, an optical blood oxygen (SpO₂) sensor, a 3-axis accelerometer, and a photoelectric sensor array. All sensors run simultaneously and update continuously throughout the day and night, with heart rate updating every 5 seconds.
What material is the ring made from?
The Vitark V6 is made from Grade 5 titanium alloy — the same material used in aerospace and medical devices. It is hypoallergenic, scratch-resistant, and safe for all skin types including sensitive skin. The exterior features a frosted matte finish with a polished inner edge.
Is the Vitark V6 waterproof?
Yes. The Vitark V6 carries an IP68 waterproof rating, meaning it is fully protected against water immersion up to 1.5 metres for up to 30 minutes. You can wear it while washing hands, showering, or swimming without concern.
How long does the battery last?
With all sensors active during normal daily use, the Vitark V6 lasts up to 7 days on a single charge. A full recharge takes under 90 minutes using the included magnetic USB cable.
Does the ring have a screen or vibration?
No. The Vitark V6 is intentionally screen-free and has no haptic motor. It is designed to disappear into your life and deliver insights through the app — not interrupt you with notifications or vibrations on your finger.
What sizes is the Vitark V6 available in?
The Vitark V6 is available in US ring sizes 6 through 10. Size 11 is currently sold out. Refer to our size guide on the product page for exact measurements in millimetres.
How do I find my correct ring size?
Wrap a thin strip of paper around the base of your finger and mark where it overlaps. Measure the length in millimetres — this is your circumference. Match it to our size chart on the product page. We recommend measuring at the end of the day when fingers are slightly larger, and choosing the larger size if you are between two measurements.
Which finger should I wear the Vitark V6 on?
The Vitark V6 works on any finger. For the most accurate heart rate and SpO₂ readings, we recommend wearing it on your index or middle finger. Avoid wearing it on your dominant hand during workouts for the best accelerometer results.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is completely free on all Vitark orders within the United States. There are no minimum order requirements or hidden delivery fees at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). The order cut-off time is 2:00 PM — orders placed after this are processed the next business day. After dispatch, standard delivery takes 5–10 business days, for a total estimated delivery of 6–13 business days from the order date.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier's system. You can also track your order at any time on our Track Order page.
My order is delayed — what should I do?
If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date at support@vitark.store or by phone at +1 719 402 8452. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
What is the return policy?
You may return your Vitark V6 within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Returns are accepted by mail only. Contact support@vitark.store with your order number to begin a return.
Who pays for return shipping?
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect item: Vitark covers all return shipping costs.
- Change of mind or personal reasons: The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
How long does a refund take?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. There are no restocking fees. Your bank may require additional processing time.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes. We accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery for a different size, color, or the same item if it arrived damaged or defective. There are no restocking fees. If the replacement is unavailable, we will issue a full refund. Contact support@vitark.store to arrange an exchange.
My item arrived damaged — what should I do?
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@vitark.store. Include your order number, photos of the item, and a short description of the issue. We will send a replacement, exchange, or refund at no additional cost to you.
Which phones is the Vitark V6 compatible with?
The Vitark companion app is available for iOS 13+ and Android 8.0+. Pairing is done via Bluetooth 5.0 and takes under a minute on first use. The app is free to download on the App Store and Google Play.
What does the Vitark app show?
The app displays your live heart rate, heart rate zones, blood oxygen levels, sleep stage breakdown (deep, light, and REM), daily step count, calorie burn, and 7-day trend history. It also generates a morning wellness score each day based on your overnight data.
Is my health data private?
Yes. Vitark does not sell your health data to third parties and does not share it with advertisers. Your biometric data is encrypted and stored securely on your account. You can delete your data at any time from within the app settings.
What warranty does the Vitark V6 come with?
Every Vitark V6 comes with a 1-year manufacturer warranty from the date of purchase. This covers manufacturing defects and hardware malfunctions under normal use. It does not cover physical damage caused by misuse, drops, or unauthorized modifications.
