At VITARK, we stand behind the quality of our products. This Warranty Policy explains the coverage we provide and the conditions that apply.

1. Limited Warranty Coverage

We offer a 12-month limited warranty from the date of delivery on eligible products purchased directly from VITARK.

This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

2. What the Warranty Covers

This warranty applies to:

  • manufacturing defects
  • defects in materials
  • defects in workmanship
  • products that do not function as intended under normal personal use

If a product is found to be defective during the warranty period, we may, at our discretion:

  • replace the product
  • provide a comparable replacement
  • issue a partial or full refund where appropriate

3. What the Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not cover:

  • normal wear and tear
  • cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality
  • damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, or improper handling
  • damage caused by improper storage or maintenance
  • unauthorized repairs, modifications, or alterations
  • damage caused by failure to follow product instructions
  • loss, theft, or intentional damage

4. Warranty Eligibility

To qualify for warranty service, you must:

  • have purchased the product directly from VITARK
  • provide proof of purchase
  • contact us within the warranty period
  • provide clear information about the issue, including photos or videos if requested

5. How to Make a Warranty Claim

To submit a warranty claim, please contact us at:

  • your full name

  • a description of the issue
  • clear photos or videos showing the problem

Once we review your claim, we will let you know whether your request is approved and what the next steps are.

6. Replacement Process

If your warranty claim is approved, we may choose to:

  • send a replacement product
  • send a replacement part, if applicable
  • offer a refund or store credit if a replacement is not available

We do not guarantee that the exact same item will always be available. If it is out of stock, we may offer a similar product of equal value or another suitable solution.

7. Shipping Costs for Warranty Claims

If the warranty claim is approved because of a confirmed defect, VITARK may cover the replacement shipping cost.

If the issue is found not to be covered under this policy, the customer may be responsible for shipping costs.

8. Non-Transferable Warranty

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable to another person.

9. Limitation of Liability

This warranty is limited to the replacement, refund, or repair solution offered by VITARK at our discretion.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VITARK shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
