How Vitark
came to be.
THE IDEA
Our founder, after frustration with bulky smartwatches interrupting sleep and meetings, sketched the first concept for a screenless ring-based health monitor on a napkin in Cleveland.
RESEARCH & PROTOTYPING
Eighteen months of sensor research, 40+ ring prototypes, and collaboration with biomedical engineers to validate optical heart rate and SpO₂ accuracy against clinical-grade equipment.
VITARK IS FOUNDED
Vitark officially incorporated in Cleveland, Ohio. Engineers, designers, and health technology veterans united by a shared belief in invisible, elegant wellness tracking.
V6 ENGINEERING COMPLETE
The Vitark V6 passes final engineering validation. Titanium alloy selected. Bluetooth 5.0 integration finalized. IP68 waterproofing certified.
APP LAUNCH & BETA
The Vitark companion app launches on iOS and Android. 500 beta testers across the US shape the final Heart Rate Zone tracking, sleep scoring, and dashboard experience.
PUBLIC LAUNCH
The Vitark V6 launches to the public at $89 with free worldwide shipping. This is just the beginning — V7 is already in development.
