Refund policy

At VITARK, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund for eligible items under the conditions below.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 calendar days from the date your order was delivered.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • unused
  • in its original packaging
  • in the same condition in which it was received
  • not damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or normal wear

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.

2. How to Request a Return

Returns are accepted by mail only.

Please include:

  • your order number
  • the item(s) you want to return
  • the reason for the return

If your request is approved, we will send you return instructions.

3. Return Shipping Costs

If the item was delivered damaged, defective, or incorrect, VITARK will cover the return shipping cost.

If the return is requested for personal reasons, such as:

  • change of mind
  • ordering the wrong item
  • no longer wanting the product

the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.

5. Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 30 calendar days of delivery for eligible items.

Exchanges may be approved for:

  • a different size
  • a different color
  • the same item if it arrived damaged or defective
  • another item of equal value, when applicable

If the replacement item is not available, we may offer a refund instead.

We do not charge restocking fees.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • personalized or custom-made items
  • final sale items
  • gift cards
  • perishable goods
  • items that cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons
  • products returned used, damaged, or incomplete

7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

After review, we may offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no additional cost to you.
